I ordered 2 Roma passes online because I've heard that some places are sold out of them. After paying, the site says that the actual passes can be picked up at the airport, but there is no detailed information about where and how to obtain them. Could anyone give me an idea of where to go within the airport. I assume it would be somewhere outside of the customs area. Thanks for your help.
