Piccolo Guerrato apartment in Venice

The Pensione Guerrato hotel in Venice was full, and they offered us the Piccolo Guerrato apartment nearby--the pictures and location look good. Does anyone have any firsthand information on the Piccolo Guerrato apartment? Thanks.

Have not stayed in the apartment, but based on past stays at the hotel I would not hesitate to book the apartment. TC
