You will never wish for that again after seeing this video widely available on Facebook. The music is Ennio Morricone's 'Deborah's Theme' from 'Once Upon a Time in America'.

Thank you for sharing Mike. Really moving tribute.
Wow! Very haunting :( So wonderful for that man to play. Italians are resilient.
L'Italia risorgerà!
My husband and I have a memorable experience of a relaxed late afternoon in October, 2000 of Piazza Navona. Enjoying a long delicious meal with a bottle of wine listening to the musicians, people watching, and being served by our waiter, Benito Mussolini. Of course we thought the waiter was kidding us until he produced his ID.
I returned in May 2016 with a small group of folks while on the RS Venice-Florence-Rome. After our group tour finished visiting the Vatican, a small group of us headed out to explore. We visited Castle D'Angelo, scoured the streets for gelato, took in the river views, walked and walked and just wandered about ending at Piazza Navona. This time I was filling up on as much gelato and chocolates I could savor. This, too, became a memorable meal!
Ah, thanks for sharing. We are resigned that we will not be able to revisit our beloved Rome in September. Fond memories. This brings hope for the future.
