I goofed on the date by one day when I reserved tickets online. I tried calling 800 615615; from abroad: and just got looped. Anybody have a good contact number or direct email?

Note that the phone is answered during specific hours LOCAL TIME. The 1 800 number is NOT for international calls

Just an update, I sent an email and they were kind enough to reissue the tickets. All communication was via email.

Thanks for following up with the resolution - I probably would have concluded it was a lost cause and rebooked.
I'm glad to know despite the crowds they are still providing good customer service.
