Pescheria is a shop that sells fresh fish and seafood, a fishmonger.
Peschiera is a town.
Make sure you use the correct spelling when perusing bus and train timetables, or when you ask for directions.
From Peschiera you can easily reach cities along the Milan-Verona railway, and also on the Verona-Venice railway. Verona is particularly close.
On the lake itself, Sirmione is near, and a popular destination. For the rest, I tend to prefer the North side of the lake, which can be easily reached by bus (often with a bus change at Garda (town) or also by ferry. Malcesine, Limone, Riva, Torbole, are nice towns.
Hello smiley1228,
Here is a page showing the various bus options on the west coast of Lake Garda https://arriva.it/app/uploads/sites/6/2022/09/linea-ln026.pdf
And here is ATV options of the west side of the lake: https://www.atv.verona.it/en/LineeLago
It looks like the red line gives you access all the way up to Malcesine which is a popular town with a midlake ferry access and a cable car up Mount Baldo. The ferry stations are noted on each map.
Ferries are, of course, the usually slower but most scenic way to make your way around the lake.
As mentioned Verona is a few minutes of easy train ride to Verona which has access to fast trains to other cities like Padua, Bologna, Florence and Venice.
Peschiera is also close to wine country around the lake if that interests you. You might check out restaurants at wineries or associated with wineries. This probably means a tour or a taxi if they are a bit remote but that's not unusual in the lake areas.
Hope that helps, have a great trip,
