Where can I visit in Perugia besides Assisi? We have two full days in Perugia.

Spello is also very close to Assisi. There’s interesting sites to see in Perugia, also. Are you planning a day just for Perugia?

There are plenty of nice things to see in Perugia, including some of the buildings in the historic centre and the Perugina chocolate factory (which you can tour).

If you like ceramics, go to Deruta --- about 25 minutes by car, more like 45 by bus.

Thank you all for your excellent suggestions. As we will not be driving, Spoletto, which I loved nearly 30 yrs ago, is a bit too far.
However, Spello sounds perfect for one day. If I were younger, I would have loved to have visited Deruta. Didn’t realize how close it is. Alas, I’m no longer acquiring ceramics, which I love, but are giving them away.
And yes, we will have time to enjoy Peruvian itself. We have nearly 3 full days. Thanks again!
