Where would one purchase male incontinence pads in Catania, Sicily or Rome near the Pantheon? Traveling carryon and would like to avoid packing 21 days worth of product. Surely there are stores carrying such items.

Hello sd1815410, there are several other threads that suggest that the ever present faramcia can supply these for you. I can't name any specifics for the places you mention but searched farmacia in Google maps in Italy will show you the closest ones and the really are common.
Search 'incontinence Italy' in the forums and you can read the previous answers to similar questions.

I can empathize. I traveled to Asia this summer and had to pack 4 weeks' worth. The suggestions above are appropriate. In Rome, if worse comes to worse (which it likely will not), they sell them at Panorama (a Walmart-type store) at the Pietralata stop.

Looking for stores will take up a lot of time. If they are sold on Amazon.it, you can get them shipped to your hotel, a post office, an Amazon locker, or other pick-up points all over Italy. Your US Amazon account login will work, but not US Prime free delivery.
