Pensione Guerrato apartment

Hi all, My family of 5 has booked the apt Campana (sp?) for the end of May and it seems quite expensive at 230 euro/night. I realize there is a lot of us, but do you think this is a fair price for this quality? I know a lot of RS stay at the hotel, just not sure about their apartment. Thanks!

I think the Pensione Guerrato has a couple of apartments. If you are talking about the Piccolo Guerrato, then it is absolutely worth it. You are about a 2 minute walk from St Marks square. The apartment is good sized and has that large bathroom the other poster spoke of. We stayed there in June of last year. If you go, look out the kitchen window at the restaurant below. Great food there! The only down side is that the apartment is almost a direct walk from the Realto Bridge to St Marks, so there are tourists a plenty right outside your door.

My friends and I stayed in the apartment last October and it was very nice! The bathroom is big, as well as the shower...which we found rare in Italy. The location is great...just around the corner from the Cartier store for some good window shopping! There's a separate bedroom and then 2 single beds in the kitchen area. You get alot of space for the $$. Plus Roberto at the hotel is amazing and helpful.

We are booked there for later this year. We visited the apartment twice in January before booking it. It is quite big and newly remodeled - two big bedrooms (one en-suite), two complete bathrooms and a sitting room/dining/kitchen. There are big windows. I think it's a fair price. The apartment is on Calle dei Botteri, just on the other side of the Rialto fish market. It is situated away from busy foot traffic but close enough to the Rialto market and bridge.
