Paying with credit cards at museums?

We will be visiting the vatican museum, Borghese musuem, the Uffizi, and Accadamia, if we reserve over the phone ahead of time and pay when we pick up the tickets, can we pay with a credit card? Or cash only?

Maybe you could ask when you make your telephone call to reserve.

Last year, the Uffizi and Accademia were cash only. I used a Roma pass at Borghese, but i think they took credit cards.
