Paying tolls online

Hi all!
We're going to be doing some driving between Venice, the Dolomites, Lake Como, and back to Milan in September. I understand that some of the roads we'll be using have tolls. From what I understand, those need to be paid online within a certain number of days after we go through the toll area.

Question - Do all of these toll roads do this - have you pay online after the fact? If so, is there one main place to pay for all of Italy, or do they each have their own site to use for payment?

Thanks - trying to figure this out upfront since I don't want to get hit with unexpected fees months down the road, but can't really find the information anywhere - that I've found so far, anyway.

Thanks!!!

The only two toll freeways I can think of in that area which you would need to pay online since they don’t have pay toll booths are below:

Check if those are part of your itinerary. They are owned and operated by separate companies so you need to pay in their respective websites.
All other toll freeways you would potentially be taking (A4, A22, A27, A31) are managed by “Autostrade Per L’Italia” company and all have pay toll booths where you get a ticket at the entrance ramp and pay at the exit. Instructions below.

Those sites don't make it easy - Looks like it's going to be tricky to figure out what (if anything) I owe - especially the second one ..........

It looks like the Pedemontana Veneta (the second one in the link above) has toll booths, so you can pay at the booth. They are not manned bu the machines accept credit cards and if you pay cash they give change. So don’t worry about calculating the toll beforehand (it’s an expensive freeway but the max toll is less than $15, so it won’t break the bank).

For the pedemontana lombarda once you enter the car license plate in the site it will tell you the exact amount. Not huge amounts also.
