I reserved an ENTRY TIME and received a reservation CODE NUMBER by PHONE at the official Museums tel. no. I have to pay cash on arrival at Gallery. Is there a special pay-ticket-desk for pre-reserved visitors, please? If so, where? I will be pushed for time and do not want to get into the wrong queue. Also, is the Entrance to the Gallery in via Ricosoli? Thank you in advance for answer.

The ticket desk for pre-registered visitors is right across the street from the museum. Don't get in the long line you will likely see. There will be someone taking tickets at the door that will direct you. It's about 20 steps - so no way to get lost. The entrance is on Via Riscoli. There are lots of signs and is very easy to find.
