Several years ago, we hiked the Cinque Terre trails from Levanto to Riomaggiore (not all in one day). How strenuous is the Path of the Gods in comparison with the C. T. trails?

We hiked the lower trails of Cinque Terre before the mudslides, but we did not hike the upper trails. Last summer, we took the bus from Positano to Nocelle and hiked the Path of the Gods down into Praiano, about 5 hours of hiking.
They were equally exquisite with amazing views. And truly about the same - it is always harder when you hike uphill !
But, if you do one, you can do the other !

I have hiked The Path of the Gods twice and it is longer than most of the CT trails but I wouldn't call it strenuous. I do hike a lot and would call it a moderate hike.
