Pasta making visit - any places that offer that?

Hello! We’re all set to be in Italy for 16 days in June. Does anyone know of there are any pasta making shops or stores that offer people to just simply see how pasta is made? We’re traveling with our 8 year old kids and at this time we’re not really looking to take any classes at this time, but like the glass shops in Venice that offer visits to see how it’s done, is there anywhere comparable with pasta making? Here’s where we’ll be, so any suggestions in these cities would be great. Thanks!

I remember watching pasta being made in Mercato Centrale in Florence. Your kids might get a kick out of that and the butchers selling chickens with feet and heads - not exactly like a US supermarket! Great place to grab an inexpensive and delicious lunch and buy a huge chunk of parmigiano to bring home.
