Pasta making class for mother and daughter

I will be in Italy for 2 weeks in the Spring and I'm looking for an authentic pasta making class for my adult daughter and I to take. We will be in Sienna, Florence and an undecided Tuscan hill town. I would like something rustic and authentic. I want this to be lifetime memory for the 2 of us. Does anyone have any experience in taking a class in one of these areas, if so where and what class would you recommend?

My husband and I took a really fun cooking class with WalkAbout Florence in 2016. I am an experienced home cook and he is an experienced eater. :) It is highly rated on TripAdvisor and the comments about the tour and the company I found to be very accurate.

We started with a walking tour of Florence and shopped for our ingredients. It was a lot more informative than I expected. Then we boarded a bus for a short bus ride to a Tuscan villa (built for this purpose), which was lovely. The kitchen was something out of my dreams with really quality equipment. We prepared real pizza (taught by a Napolitan), bruschetta, tagliatelle, sauce, roasted pork, potatoes and tiramisu.

It was a class that could be enjoyed by people of all abilities (you can watch - like my husband did - or dig right in - which I did). It was also accompanied by copious amounts of Pieroni and Chianti. We also didn't need to eat dinner after, so it was a good value for a full day of eating and fun.

I have taken 2 classes on different trips with
Cookeatitalian.com. One time I did it with my daughter and the other trip with my mom. Both classes were wonderful. They take place in Manuela’s home kitchen in Florence. I think she also can do classes at a farmhouse outside Florence. We made pasta in one of the classes. And I have made it several times at home now. You could contact her to see if she could do a pasta class. Manuela is very sweet and I can’t wait to go back to Florence to take another class from her.
