Would love some suggestions for a pasta making class. Something that is small … not like a tour bus full of people. In Florence or a town nearby.

This past October my husband and I had what turned out to be a private class with Chef Michele. I’d taken classes with him before when he was at Mama Florence, but he’s now running the restaurant and cooking classes at Riva Lofts in Florence, on the Oltrarno side of the river. Two family members took 2 classes on two different days with Mama Florence in 2019 and loved their classes. They had a lot to offer, small classes and were well run.
