Looking for a pasta factory tour in Italy. I know there is one in Lari at the Pasta Martelli factory but that seems very difficult to get to. Any other suggestions or input as to whether the Pasta Martelli tour is worth the effort to get there?

Don't know anything about Lari, but there is the Barilla factory and cooking school in Parma.
