Pasta cooking class recommendations

I am looking to book a pasta cooking class. Any recommendations? We will be in Rome, Sorrento, and Positano.

I have been researching. However, I keep coming across highly recommended ones that then say they’re just “tourist traps.”

Thanks in advance!

Convivio Rome which is just north of the city in the Sabine Hills will teach you to make fresh pasta or gnocchi. There is a local train ride involved but they will meet you. Conviviorome.com . They do half-day and full day classes and are in a beautiful location too.

My wife did a class, been some years now, with Andrea Consoli of Cooking Classes in Rome https://cookingclassesinrome.com/

You actually cook a whole meal, including making pasta. He will accommodate some dietary needs, and can fit you into a class if needed.

Take a look, if it appeals, great.
