PassePartout_Florence

Last week I bought the PassePartout 5 day ticket (Uffizi, Boboli, Pitti) at the B-ticket website https://www.uffizi.it/biglietti. I received a receipt that my credit card had been run, but no confirmation showing the date and time; nothing I could show at the entrance. Any advice on how to get the confirmation? Thank you

From the ticket website "You will be directed to the B-ticket purchase platform to choose the day and time of the first visit; therefore, to select the "Cumulative 5 days", you will have to expand the rates."

Maybe you need to click on more stuff.

First, check your junk folder to make sure communication/confirmation didn't end up there, and then contact the ticketing company if you don't see anything from them. Below is the contact email address listed on the B-ticket site. Maybe include a screen shot of your receipt?

If your credit card was charged, I'm pretty sure you entered all the mandatory info, such as choosing the date and time for your Uffizi visit at time of purchase, yes?

Yes, I had entered the dates and time and all mandatory info and it went through perfectly. But the only confirmation I got was a receipt which noted a 6 digit code - nothing even said Uffizi on it - I have nothing I could present at entrance showing "Uffizi" or my entrance date and time. I did email the help address and am awaiting reply. Thanks!

I bought the 5 day PassePartout tickets and visited these sites last month.
I got was a confirmation email from ecommerce@nexi.it with an Internet Payment Number on it and then a follow-up confirmation email from B-Ticket | Firenze Musei with the same order number but also the time and date of the appointment.
ex:
*You have booked 2 ticket(s):
Event Information: Galleria degli Uffizi, Sun 18.09.2022
Promoter:
Seating Information
Ingresso: 16:00 - 16:15
[]
38.00 EUR ( Passepartout Named )

Ingresso: 16:00 - 16:15*

There was no new information in the second email so as long as you take your order number to ticket window to collect your tickets everything should be ready. But I would also be a bit concerned if I hadn't received a confirmation email. The emails were received within a few minutes of each other.

I received an email confirmation for our Accademia reservations from the same address B-Ticket | Firenze Musei BTW.
They have a customer support email - help@orbitalcultura.com - if you wanted to forward your order number and ask for official confirmation email.

Good luck,

Thanks - the help email address replied and sent the confirmation email, which does say Uffizi and my time and date. That was the second email which should have come right after the receipt but didn't. I was so happy to receive it I promptly printed it! I haven't gotten anything though that says anything about the Boboli or Pitti, which the Passepartout also covers. Do I just show my Uffizi confirmation to get into those?

Great, I'm glad you worked that out. All you need to present is the order number at Door #3 and they'll give you your tickets. (I just printed out the original charge email and that worked. I'd have the email flagged in your phone as a back-up.) Those tickets are good for the added attractions - Pitti and Bobbili - so don't lose them. They tore off the Uffizi part and handed the others back and then they stamp/punched them when we entered the other sites.

When I got my tickets the guy offhandedly said something "These are your tickets don't lose them, NEXT!" but he didn't make a big deal out of it but I'm glad I paid attention.

There is currently construction at the Pitti Palace which includes a crane in the middle of "U" which doesn't help traffic flow. Unless it's cleared up by time you go Door #3 and the "Reserved Tickets" is behind the crane. The whole exchange took 5 minutes in line and 45 seconds at the counter. They did have added people out giving out information and conducting people because of the construction.

All in all it worked as advertised and picking them up and using them really a non-event.
Enjoy,
