I filled my out last month before the Covid test was eliminated for fully vaccinated travelers. When I filled it out I had to check that I would present a Covid negative certificate. DH filled his out today and the instructions before you begin mention the new rule. However, at the end of the form, you still have to check one of those boxes.
Do you think we will need to fill out new ones, or will that answered question just be ignored upon departure? My son’s still need to do theirs.
I have been wondering the same thing. The form that I see requires checking one of the boxes. With the new rules none if them apply. Interested in suggestions on how to complete the form.
I filled my form out before the new rules and I went into my form and edited it and resubmitted. The QR code stays the same. There was a box to check reflecting the new rules.
i guess this is a dumb question but what is this form used form? i filled mine out today as my tour starts april 4th.

It’s required by airlines/government and is basically what it says it is
“Passenger Locator”

Was the box before you filled the form or part of the form itself? I’m going to do this tomorrow.
Just adding I went and opened up my PLF. It does ask if you are creating a new one or “mypdf”. Choose that one. I forgot my password so, I had them send me a new one. Your form will open up and all the info you previously put is still populated in the fields. Hit continue thru each page until you get to the end and the new box to choose your status is there. Then just print it off again.
I would just leave it as is. The form is intended to provide the Italian Government with additional information not available on a flight manifest, like where you are spending the first night. The thought process is something like a person tests positive, was on flight XXXX, airline notifies arrival city authorities with manifest, they pull up your form, then go find you or ask you to get tested.
In the whole process, nobody looks at the form unless there is an issue. You submit it, the airline might ask if you have it, but does not examine it. No one on arrival asks for it, the QR code is never scanned.
After the first night in Italy, the form is basically obsolete.
