Parma Food Tour that wont break bank and not need car?

Does anyone know of a food tour in Parma that does not require a car AND doesn't break the bank? We will be spending two nights in Parma. We will NOT have a car. We would love to do a tour that includes Parmesan, Balsamic and Prosciutto. The tours I can find either require a car, or would cost $$$ for them to include transportation. Suggestions? I may have to cut to half day to get in budget but the experience looks great.

My son and I are doing this tour this September from Bologna. They pick us up at our hotel at 7AM, drive us around, feed us, show us how Proscuitto, Parmesan and Balsamic are all produced, (include wine to drink), then drop us off at our hotel around 4PM.

They joke that we will only want gelato for dinner after the day eating/touring/learning.

Cost isn't cheap, at 150E per person but I think it's totally worth it...and I rarely take guided tours.

Ellen,
That sounds like the same tour my husband and I are taking. Also in September.
