We plan to stay in Parma for a night and a day on our way from Florence to Milan airport in early June. Has anyone done a food tour from Parma that you would recommend? I am not finding costs when I searched but I assume it will be about 100 euros for a day excursion. Any hotel recommendations? Ciao!

We had a wonderful tour in March from Parma https://www.facebook.com/Food-Tours-in-Parma-Italy-146785462039555/. Laura is amazing. We had private tours for cheese, prosciuotto, balsamic vinegar and a last minute add for a small winery. Worth every penny. She picked us up at the Duomo which was about 2 or 3 minutes from our hotel. I think our cost was more than 100 euros but I'd highly recommend the tour. It was just my husband and I and she drove us around. We were the only ones at each of the stops and we were able to talk to all the owners. We also had lunch which was delicious.
