Parma cheese factory tour recommendation for 9/18

We will be in Parma and would like to take a cheese factory tour. We have our own transportation. Any recommendations for an English speaking tour? No bus rides, please. Thank you!

Psst….Over here. Away from all those other pesky tourists. I’ve got a two fer one deal for you. Best flipping secret in the region. Best part it’s free. Except for that hunk of parm you’ll be packing home. Pro tip - it will stay fresh for weeks vacuum packed without refrigeration.

Hombre Bio (organic) Farm not only provides tours of their parmigiana reggiano being made but you can also visit the worlds most extensive collection of Maserati cars housed at the farm/factory. Tours of the cheese production can be had by emailing them at www.hombre.it.

Mr. Umberto Panini, bizillionith generation cheese maker, saved Maserati’s factory collection of cars from being scattered to the winds when Maserati went bankrupt to preserve local heritage of driving too fast. Learn more at www.paninimotormuseum.it . Plus entrance is free by emailing a request to visit. It’s an impressive collection of cars, motorcycles and tractors in addition to Maseratis.

My husband was happy with the cars, I was happy with the cheese. Win-win. Only ran into a few other visitors in the couple hours we were there.
