We will be visiting Parma and are interested in touring a cheese factory while we are there. Does anyone have any advice/feedback on any tour they've taken?

We are going on a tour with a company called Italian Days, next week. But they depart out of Bologna. Maybe you could contact them & ask.

We went on this tour in May, loved it! http://www.foodtours.it
We went to the cheese factory, Parma ham factory, a winery for lunch, and the Balsamic house. Laura picked us up at our B&B, and she was a great tour guide as we drove through the countryside, in addition to being a great guide at our destinations.
