We were in Italy in Sept. 2006.Beginning in June 2007 we have received many letters some certified, telling us of a parking ticket which was never on our car nor to our knowledge, did we have a violation there. They are threatening something about international cooperation. what happens if we don't pay- any implication for passports, etc.
