We plan to be in Manarola for 3 nights and staying at Casa Capellini's. Does anyone know about the public car parks in Manarola above the twon? How much? Are they safe? How about street parking on the road? Any info would be appreciated.

It is better/cheaper to park your car in LaSpezia and take the train to Manarola. IF you can find a parking spot. We could not and were in a hurry so drove to Manarola and parked above the town. It seemed safe enough, but it is kind of a long uphill walk back up there from the town. We were there three years ago, and I believe it was about 10 euros a day at that time. Probably has gone up!
