We'll be in Cinque Terre for a few days, then flying out of Genoa. Is it realistic/okay to park at the train station in Levanto for those few days? Is there long-term parking? TIA.

I can't answer the question about parking in Levanto, but there should be parking available in Monterosso. There's a large lot on the beach in the "new town" and a multi-level car park at the top of the "old town". I can't remember what the rates are?
Which of the five towns are you staying in?

We parked in the lot at the top of Monterosso for a few days about 7 years ago and it was fine. Don't remember the cost so I don't think it was outrageous
