Parking at Ca Du Gigante,is it on-site?

Planning to book two rooms at this Inn,in Monterosso.They include parking in their rate,but did not get answer about where we park,is it at Hotel site?Also confused about rooms,some folks mention view,other folks say no view.Does anyone know the true answer?Thank You maria
