PARCO card for Colosseum - 2 types of visit?

I purchased a family Parco membership, thinking it would be a good way to see the forum separate from the colosseum. I received cards by email with a membership # on them. On the ticketing site (https://ticketing.colosseo.it/en/), I can enter my PARCO membership #, and it gives me 2 options to book:
24h – COLOSSEUM, ROMAN FORUM, PALATINE
ONLY ARENA - MEMBERSHIP
Both options lead to a calendar to select a time and date (up to ~30 days ahead)

My understanding is the the "24h - Colosseum" gives access to levels 1 and 2 (but NOT the underground or attic, and NOT the arena). It looks like the "Only Arena" gives access to ... only the arena.

It seems like there have been recent changes to the process (vendor changes, PARCO protocols, etc). Has anyone had experience with this? I would like to see the colosseum in 1 visit, so I'm thinking Arena followed by "24-Colosseum.." - But how long in between? 1 hour? 90 minutes?

I think the Membership Card is a great deal. You should also try to visit the Domus Aurea.
One hour in the Colosseum is enough. There are exhibitions on the upper floor, but you don't normally spend that long there. From the exit of the Colosseum go left to the Arena entrance, 5 minutes walk. If you want to visit the arena first, allow 15, maximum 30 minutes for the visit.

We will look to book the "Only Arena Ticket" to explore the Colosseum arena

As for the Domus Aurea - Looks like it is only open Fri, Sat and Sun.
Also - it appears that the English language tours book up soon (immediately?) after opening to book (~30 days).

With a PARCO card -

Free entrance to the Domus Aurea with double choice for access:
– guided tour with reservation only
– unguided tour accompanied by security personnel redeemable free of charge at the ticket office at the following times: 1.00 pm and 5.00 pm

(But on https://colosseo.it/en/tickets/membership-card/
- Domus is NOT listed as a site included in the PARCO Card...)

Using https://ticketing.colosseo.it/en/
I can enter my membership #, but my only 2 options are the ones in the original post

Domus is not an option.

I believe there are ongoing changes in the website/access/benefits....

How would I book the guided tour of the Domus?
If I don't have a guided tour, can I just show up at the Domus (1pm or 5pm or maybe even another time), show my PARCO membership card, and be allowed to enter?
