I'll be in Florence next month. I've always like the 'marbleized' printed paper which Florence is famous for and would love to see a demonstration by an artisan. I've read about the art, but can anyone give any specifics/addressess/contact info about seeing a demonstration in Florence?

When we were in Florence several years ago we had a long visit with the owner of Il Papiero who gave us a demonstration of making Florentine paper and had a simply marvelous selection of hand marbleized papers.
