Hi,
I can't seem to find the schedule for papal audiences. I know it is every Wednesday, but how do you know if they are having it on the Wednesday you will be there, since I am assuming he is away on travel at times? I will be there on Wednesday May 7th 2014. I have already requested tickets through Santa Susanna, but they do not reply, so I am not sure if they are even having an audience on that day.

I suggest you send an email to the Pontifical North American College in Rome. The contact information is on their website. That is the American seminary in Rome, and they're a good source for tickets. You'll need to go to the Casa Santa Maria the day before to pick up the tickets; it's a lovely old building, if you get a chance to explore a little.
