Pantheon Inn vs. Hotel Manfredi..Rome

Any preferences between these two? One near Spanish Steps and the other near the Pantheon. Both good locations and only a slight price difference. Has anyone stayed at either? Good? Bad? Thanks

no first hand information. But FYI, next door to the PI is the Minerva which has a delightful rooftop bar (it is small) and restaurant. In good weather, I really enjoy a glass of wine in the late afternoon up there.
