Is there a site or company that sells Palio tickets in Siena, Italy that are reasonably priced and are in the shade?

I was in the middle of the square for the August race last summer. There wasn't much shade around Il Campo. You can contact Roberto at Tours by Roberto from Rick's Book and TV show. He would be able to help you with tickets. We asked him about seat tickets but due to the cost we opted for being in the middle with all the locals vs sitting.

We went to the Palio two years ago in July. We opted for the free "seats" (standing in the piazza) and would recommend this. We got in to the piazza about 60-90 minutes before the race. The reserved seAts are costly, the benefit of the free seats is you see it like a local. Either way I strongly recommend attending the event and seeing the parades in town during the afternoon.
