Is it too late to purchase tickets to this race in Siena? How?

I will be there for the August race next month. The race is run around Il Campo. The area inside the campo (on the inner part of the track) doesn't require a ticket. You are standing out there with all the Sienese people. Anyone can watch the race from there. Since you have to cross the track to get to the inside area they stop letting people in at some point. I'm not sure where. On the outside part of the Campo where the buildings are there are bleachers setup with seats and those you need tickets for. You can try googling tickets as some sites sell them.
