I will be in Palermo for 4 days and would love to visit the chocolate factory in Monica. Can you tell me if there is a bus available and how long it would take. How to book the bus would also be very helpful. Wish I had gone to the factory when I was in Catania last year, would have been much quicker. Gi

You need to take the AST bus. Just a small hint: since you are considering a trip to Modica, <i>do not miss the chance</i> to explore, also, the very interesting alleys and old buildings uphill. The chocolates and the cannoli are great, but it would be a pity not to take full advantage of what I consider to be a great town not yet fully "discovered" (maybe because nearby Ragusa takes all the fame, maybe because it is no easy for day-tripping from TAormina or Palermo, don't know).
