Has anyone taken the anti-mafia tour in Palermo and would you recommend it?

We did the NoMafia tour if that’s the one you’re referring to. We really enjoyed it. The tour covers how the Mafia came to prominence in Palermo and how a group was able to counter the “protection” system levied against the business owners in Palermo. It also covers how the judicial system broke up the Mafia’s power and the sacrifices that were made. It’s a small group walking tour and they divided us up to keep it small.
If you fly into Palermo airport and are going into the city be sure to note the obelisk on the right hand side of the highway near Capaci. It’s the spot where they blew up Judge Falcone’s car as he drove back to town.
