I will be arriving in Palermo tomorrow for four nights and wanted to see if anyone has recommendations for restaurants in the city. We are a group of four adults no children.
Caponata: Via Vittorio Emanuele, 244 - Palermo (https://ristorantecaponata.it/) good seafood, pasta, pizza.
Ke Palle Aracini d' Autore: Via Maqueda, 270 – Palermo (https://www.kepalle.it/) - be sure to get cannoli next door
A'Cala: Via Cala - Palermo (https://www.acala.it/) down on the waterfront, good seafood.
Trattoria Al Ferro di Cavallo, Via Venezia 20. We went there last June and really enjoyed it. A friend is in Palermo now, and I emailed the recommendation today, he replied that they ate there tonight (before seeing my rec) and really liked it.
In early June last year, mid week, it was very crowded for dinner. We arrived about 7:30 and had to wait about 30 mnutes for a table for 4 outside (we were offered inside table earlier but it was a bit too crowded inside for us). They are also open at lunch or at least they were last year.
Biso Bistrot on the NW corner of Quatro Canti--https://bissobistrot.it/
Great pastas and swordfish
Thank you all for your recommendations!
