If possible, we'd like to spend less than 100 euro for a hotel in a location convenient to public transportation options. We're dropping off the rental car when we arrive in Palermo but would like to go to Montreal. Thanks!

We have not stayed at this hotel yet but will be in October when we go on the Rick Steves Sicily trip. It is around 90 euros. It is located in the central part of Palermo. Hotel Posta. email is info@hotelpostapalermo.it. Have fun.

Hotel Verdi is perfectly positioned for public transport. You would take the 389 bus to Monreale.

We liked Albergo Ariston (aristonpalermo.it). It's euro 75 or less for a double. Small room, but air-conditioned, very clean, well-located.
