Is there a bus I can take to get from the Palermo airport to the Palermo Ferry Port? I am returning a rental car at the airport and then taking the ferry to Naples.

The Prestia buses will take you into Palermo with several stops for 6/7 euro. There is a stop at Piazza Politieama and that would be a bit of a hike but still walkable to the ferry but if I remember correctly there is one closer to the docks area.Check with the driver. At worst, the last stop is at the train station and you should be able to transfer to a public bus that'll take you right to the ferry dock. Also, if you are staying at a hotel in Palermo just ask the front desk and they should be able to give a public bus number.
