Palermo airport shuttle frequency

Conflicting information - which source is correct? I don't want to miss a flight because of an error. The easyJet website says By bus Bus 29 leaves every 30 minutes from the Prestia e Comandè bus company travels between the airport and Central Station several times a day, but not after midnight. Journey time is approximately 55 minutes, and tickets cost € 4.80. By train
A regular shuttle train operates between the airport and Central Station every six minutes between 5.40 and 23.40. Journey time is approximately 55 minutes, and tickets cost €4.50 However, bestofsicily.com says: Bus: Bus tickets to Palermo are almost 7 euros, with departures every 30 minutes and stops at Viale Lazio, Via Libertà, Politeama square (next to Prada) and the main train station (off the square). The trip takes about 40 minutes but delays along the route are commonplace. In the city, local bus tickets are 1 euro and 30 cents, valid for 90 minutes and available from tobacco vendors, bars and some newsagents. Train: The train from the airport takes you to Palermo's main train station, near the historical district at the end of via Roma. The trip by train costs 6 euros and takes about 40 minutes. Departures (about every 90 minutes) are from the airport terminal's lower level, where tickets may be purchased. Service from around 7 AM until 9 PM.

Roberto is correct. Also, I believe there's a couple more stops to the Prestia route. Keep in mind the Prestia and local buses are two different things. I would suggest that if you do use the local buses to get around buy two tickets at one time. They are good for 90 mins. AFTER you validate. I got caught in a situation where I used my tic to go to a part of Palermo and the only tabachi in the area was out of tickets for my return trip. Ended up riding back on my expired tic and came close to getting nabbed (and they do check!!)

And the "every 6 minutes" train shuttle is a mistake by easyJet?

I used the bus option, never saw anything about a train to/from the airport.

There is also a train. It's called the Trinacria Express. It runs every 20-40 min and the journey time is between 45 min to 67 min (depending on which train/stops).
The station is called Punta Raisi. http://www.trenitalia.com/cms/v/index.jsp?vgnextoid=e769880f60eea110VgnVCM1000003f16f90aRCRD I've never used it. I've used the bus company I gave you above a few years back (I got off at the Politeama Theater). The bus ride was about 45 min.
