We are departing out of Palermo airport at 11:55. I am wondering how much time is needed to get through security and drop off car.
I should add that we will only have carry on (no checked bags). Flying British Airways

I mean the normal 2 hours is the best advice, but the Palermo airport (which by the way is not very near Palermo) is small and not very crowded. I would verify what time your airline closes check-in, but you could probably slim that 2 hours down to 1 1/2.

I agree. The airport is very small and there is a limited number of restaurants to waste time in if you get there too early..

thank you. I don't want to be too early but I also do not want to miss the flight. I wanted to make sure that there was not going to be a long tsa or screening line.
