We are going to Florence in October and have been trying to reserve tickets to Palazzo Vecchio and Santa Maria Novella online through the official website for a little while now with no luck.
Has anyone recently had any luck with this? Or is it better to purchase the tickets in person? Looking for any tips! Thanks in advance.
