help! trying to purchase tickets to palazzo pitti and not sure that is what i'm getting!
when i head here https://www.uffizi.it/en/tickets, i get directed to purchase tickets but none specifically say palazzo pitti ... am i missing something?

I clicked on the link you provided and saw the Single ticket palace Pitti upon scrolling down past the Uffizi ticket. There is also a third ticket for the Boboli gardens behind Pitti, or scrolling down furthest a combined ticket for all three attractions. Never discard your ticket after entering anything because there is one final checkpoint we’ll inside the Ufizzi, and there may be other places you can visit for no additional cost like the Bardini gardens. We saw people nearly in tears over this.
Yes, you want to click on ticketing for the Pitti even though what comes up is for Galleria Palatina - the MAJOR part of the Pitti Palace galleries - and Galleria Arte Moderna+ Treasury of the Grand Dukes, Museum of Costume and Fashion, Royal and Imperial Apartments.

That said, unless you want to take advantage of the advance Uffizi+ Pitti combo ticket, I think you can just do walk-up ticket at the palace without much of a wait.
ok, so the pitti palace is a.k.a. the galleria palatina? i thought that might be it but wanted to make sure ... thank you, both, for your help!!
