Am looking at the Palazzo Leti in Spoleto
to stay for 2 nites after arriving at Rome airport and
before continuing on for travels in Tuscany. Any
opinions?

I stayed at a different hotel - Aurora which I liked but you should enjoy Spoleto. Walked around alot. Church was beautiful and had a wonderful time there.
