Does anyone know if the renovations are finished at Palazzo Farnese in Rome? Are they still doing the English tour on Wednesdays? Know the website for tickets? Thanks!

It does seem to be open. See some info and links at http://www.turismoroma.it/cosa-fare/palazzo-farnese?lang=en. One of the links is to this booking site: http://www.inventerrome.com/index.php/en/access-booking-calendar, which does specify English, even if the other page does not.
