The VivaTicket website to book the Secret itiniaries tour seems to require registration before a tour can be reserved, and it asks for quite a bit of information including passport number. For those who have reserved using the website, is my understanding about registration correct and did you encounter any problems in providing information such as passport number?

That's the same website I was using, but as I advance through the webpages it leads me to only one option, a Sign In or Register icon. The next webpage is the one that lists passport number as a required field. Is that different from your booking experience?

Frank- It's been a few months- I sure do not remember having to input passport number- I did try to walk thru the ordering process again- but I am already registered so can't get far.
I do see where they ask for passport number- it also gives option of driver's license number in that spot- I am thinking that is probably the number I put it.

Just a heads-up, if you're taking the tour in cold weather, the building isn't heated. Dress warmly. There is heating in the toilets below, to thaw out afterward.
