Palatine Hill Ticket Office question

Where is it located exactly?

My Streetwise Rome map shows an entrance midway from the Colosseo & Circo Massimo stops along Via D.S. Gregorio.

Would this be it?

Yes, on your right if you are walking from the Colosseum to the Circus Maximus.
