Other than the ruins of course, and the Mozzerella farms, any other places/restaurants in the general area to recommend?
We are staying at Hotel Dei Templi if anyone knows anything about that place?

There are a number of hotels and restaurants servicing visitors close to the site and the museum in a part of the town by the entrance to the museum There are other hotels and restaurants in the other part of the town near the close-by beaches. The restaurant at your hotel has mostly good reviews on Tripadvisor. Hope you get rooms overlooking the site - the hotel is right at one of the site entrances and close to one of the three Greek temples.
The museum is full of interesting material from the site and is not to be missed - its very well organized and displayed.

You've got a great hotel with an excellent restaurant on premises (make reservations, very popular for parties). The restaurant has a nice outdoor patio where you can watch the temples at sunset.
The museum is excellent for its size, and there's a beach about one kilometer from the archeological site. Rent a bike and go around the walls of the ancient city (or walk if you are up to it).
