If so and you're looking for tickets, then the "Acquista online" button links you to Vivaticket, which must be their official advance ticketing vendor. I don't see anything about the museum being completely closed although it looks like there are some access restrictions.
There are some Italian websites for attractions, like the one for the Colosseum in Rome, that are only active during the hours those attractions are open but the websites for their ticketing vendors are available 24/7. That might be the case here.
