Paestum from Sorrento?

There are day bus trips to Paestum from Sorrento.
Check with the local Tourist Info office and I know they can hook you up with something.
When I was there in October, there were a few different companies offering day trips from Sorrento.

There are lots of ways. Take the commuter train back to naples the trenitalia Naples to Paestum, about 2.5 to 3 hours.

Take ferry to Salerno then train to Paestum, you have to walk three or four blocke to the train station. Or bus from near ferry.

Bus to Salerno, then train.

Circumvesuviana to Pompeii scavi then walk about twenty minutes to trenitalia train station in modern Pompeii, then train to Paestum.

Tour bus.
