I'm attempting to purchase a ticket to the Scrovegni Chapel online. I get to the point where they want a one time code. I put in my cell number (with country code - EXACTLY as requested), and a code never gets texted. I've tried 2 different computers and 3 different cell phones at this point and I can't get a code sent to me from their site. I know I need to buy in advance. Has anyone else run into this problem trying to buy tickets online - if so, any ideas on a solution?

I had the same issue. I emailed the help email address (located in their FAQ section) and they emailed the code the next day.
